Encased in a substantial 48mm stainless steel case, often dubbed the “Big Case,” it features a black dial with contrasting white sub-dials and a date window at 6 o’clock. The slide rule bezel enhances its functionality for aviation purposes, solidifying its place in watchmaking history.
