Omega Seamaster 1952

Omega Seamaster 1952 Automatic – Early Bumper Cal. 354 (1952) – 34mm

A true slice of Omega history – this is an early automatic Seamaster from 1952, powered by Omega’s famous “bumper” movement (Cal. 354). A pioneering design that collectors now chase, these watches rarely surface in such untouched condition. A great entry price of £795 so own a piece of  history !

⭐ Highlights & Features:

  • Case size: 34mm (excluding crown) – modelled on a 17cm wrist, and wears beautifully on most wrist types thanks to its slim profile.

  • Movement: Omega Cal. 354 bumper automatic – freshly serviced, clean as a whistle, and running superbly.

  • The bumper story: Instead of a full 360° rotor, the weight swings back and forth, “bumping” against springs – a wonderfully tactile piece of horological history.

  • Dial: 100% original, untouched factory dial with 73 years of natural patina. (Many get repainted – originality like this is far rarer and more desirable.)

  • Case: Gold-plated front, stainless steel back, with oversized crown for easy winding.

  • Strap: Brand new high-quality aftermarket leather strap & buckle for everyday comfort.

  • Box: Supplied with well used period Omega presentation box.

  • Warranty: 12-month Fine Watch Club warranty.

💡 Why Buy This Watch?

  • Investment appeal: Early Seamasters are a cornerstone of Omega’s automatic heritage – values are climbing steadily.

  • Authenticity: Not restored, not over-polished – just honest vintage character.

  • Versatility: At 34mm, this Seamaster suits both vintage enthusiasts and modern collectors wanting a wearable daily watch with heritage.

  • History on the wrist: 1950s Seamasters were the foundation of a line that still thrives today – owning one of the first is owning a chapter of Omega’s story.

⚠️ Please note: While it carries the Seamaster name, this watch is no longer waterproof and should be treated as a vintage collectible.
