Authenticity is guaranteed by Fine Watch Club. Box and papers NEVER guarantee authenticity. The only way to check authenticity is by having the watch checked thoroughly inspected and serviced by our watch expert (s).
We kindly ask that all part exchange watches are delivered to our shop address by recorded delivery with sufficient insurance. Once we have inspected the watch and agreed the exchange it will no longer be liable for a refund or a “reverse”.
Our secure payment system is supplied by Stripe and PayPal who are regulated by the relevant financial institutions to ensure safety. We encourage you to use this system as this ensures that all of your personal data is held only by the card issuers and banks. It ensures that FINE WATCH CLUB does not have access to the data submitted when you make your purchase and it remains solely with the card issuers.
We do not surcharge for the use of debit or credit cards which is rare to see these days. Where payment is by cheque or bank transfer, we must have cleared funds in our account before the goods are despatched.
Upon arrival of our stock we carefully check over the quality prior to sending it to our watchmakers to then check the watch over carry out their watch service. Our free 12 months warranty does not apply to items subjected to excessive wear, exposure to water, abuse or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise. If the watch has been opened once in the owners possession this will void the Warranty. Upon acceptance of delivery, insurance and protection of merchandise becomes the sole responsibility of the customer and FINE WATCH CLUB shall not be held liable for any loss, theft or resulting damages that may subsequently occur
Our Watches are usually dispatched using Royal Mail nationwide or DHL for outside UK. Each order is supplied their own unique tracking number. Orders are usually despatched within 1 business day. All parcels are fully insured and must be signed for by an adult at the delivery address.
If for any reason you decide that you want to return an item that you have bought from stock, you will be refunded on condition that you do so within 14 working days of receiving. A full refund will be made on the condition that the item has not been damaged and that all the original associated items that were sold to you are returned in the same condition that they were supplied in.
Any import duty / state taxes paid will not be reimbursed by FINE WATCH CLUB. Buyers must contact their local authority agency to make a claim back on these fees.
We are not liable for any import duties occurred when ordering from a non UK country.
We are an independent seller and are not affiliated with any brands we sell.
We take the privacy of our customers very seriously, which is why we have opted to use Stripe or PayPal to handle most of our online transactions. It is a secure payment platform that processes payments with the card providers and banks. FINE WATCH CLUB LTD therefore never obtains or retain any card payment details for online purchases.
Naturally we do collect details such as your name, address, phone number and email address in order to despatch the goods to you.
Your email address will never be passed to any third party, without your prior consent.
