Omega 1965 Vintage Hand-Wound – 34mm Stainless Steel – Cal. 284 – Ref. 2910-1 SC
A beautiful example of a classic 1950s Omega dress watch, dating to 1956. This is the perfect blend of vintage charm and modern wearability – paired on a new tan brown leather strap to give it a subtle contemporary twist, while keeping the original character intact.
At 34mm, this is a great size for a vintage Omega – elegant, understated, and designed to slip effortlessly under a cuff. It wears beautifully on the wrist and feels light and refined, exactly how watches were meant to feel in the 1950s.
Powered by the dependable Omega calibre 284 mechanical hand-wound movement, freshly serviced and cleaned. Once fully wound, the power reserve is approximately 30 hours. You can top it up during the day or simply give it a gentle wind once daily. When fully wound, you’ll feel a natural resistance – that’s your cue to stop. Proper old-school watchmaking.
The classic dauphine (“dolphin”) hands give the watch its unmistakable vintage character, paired with a clean, beautifully aged dial that’s full of charm without being tired. The stainless-steel case presents in outstanding condition following a professional clean.
Modelled on a 17.5cm wrist for reference – this size works well on most wrists, but as with all true vintage, this is about elegance rather than oversized presence.
“Purchased a watch online and couldn’t be happier. The team at Fine Watch Club were speedy and professional communication and very helpful through the purchasing and shipping process. The watch was expertly packed and exactly as described. I could not be any happier”
